Brandon Epstein is a mental performance coach who works with professional athletes, entrepreneurs, and executives to remove subconscious blocks and reach sustained peak performance.
A former college football player, Epstein moved into performance psychology after an underwhelming freshman season and went on to earn a degree in the mental aspect of human performance from Whittier College. Before coaching full time, he co-founded Jump Rope Dudes, a fitness brand that grew past 1.2 million YouTube subscribers and into a seven-figure business built on organic content.
As CEO of The Owned Industries, Epstein coaches professional athletes, founders, and senior executives, with a client roster spanning boxing, UFC, the NHL, NFL, and MLB. His method centers on helping high performers clear subconscious blocks, rewire their identity, and access flow states for durable rather than episodic peak performance. He has also worked as an executive performance coach for Gary Vaynerchuk's team and VaynerSports, and as a scientific advisor to the Kevin Love Fund's athlete program.
