Ari Tuchman is a transactional 🏷️#attorney and the principal and founder of Tuchman Law, APC, a boutique law firm in 📝Los Angeles, CA. The firm, which he launched in February 2026, advises businesses, startups, and individuals on business formation and governance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, due diligence, and fractional general counsel work. He earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center and holds a bachelor's degree in economics (honors) and history from Wake Forest University, with additional study at Università Bocconi.
Before opening his own practice, Tuchman spent five years as an associate at Milbank LLP in Los Angeles, joining the firm full-time in 2021 after a 2020 summer associateship there. His earlier legal training was largely in the public sector: an honors legal internship with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., judicial externships with the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts and the Los Angeles Superior Court, and a summer law clerkship at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani. The firm describes itself as offering large-firm transactional capability with the responsiveness and direct involvement of a single-principal practice.
