The FrieNDA is a 'nod-to-sign' version of the—By and Large unenforceable—NDA that most use today. A FrieNDA builds on the established trust of friendship—often lost in business.
On the Mythos One roadmap is feature for a 'click-to-sign' FrieNDA that builds on establish trust and focused on aligning expectations (i.e. "ask me if you want to share this beyond us").
Within the medium of Interactive Communication, each block of information can be gated in this manner individually; mitigating protected information being non-maliciously presumed sharable.
If the recipient of FrieNDA'd information wants to share, they can. Having not been granted access to the memo, the second-tier recipient will need to "apply" for access. The author—seeing the referral from their friend—can approve or disapprove this request manually.
