Kevin Kelly is a technologist, publisher and editor who founded Whole Earth Review—a journal of unorthodox technical news—in 1985 and co-founded Wired Magazine in 1993 where he served as Executive Editor for seven years. [1] He's also a writer, photographer, conservationist, and student of digital culture. His books include New Rules for the New Economy, on decentralized emergent systems, Out of Control, a graphic novel about robots and angels, The Silver Cord, an oversized catalog of the best of Cool Tools, and his summary theory of technology in What Technology Wants.
