Mythos

For over a decade, I ran a growth and automation agency. Like many consultants and strategists, I felt like I could see the problems and the solutions before most of my prospective or committed clients could articulate either — and that gap was exhausting in ways I didn't fully understand until I stopped trying to close it manually.

The frustration wasn't the complexity. It was the repetition. Explaining the same foundational concepts to person after person. Providing surgical suggestions drawn from years of synthesizing complex, 📝Living Systems — suggestions that would go on to generate substantial revenue — only to have them dismissed or downplayed after they directly or indirectly created value—revenue, efficiency, 📝coherence, et cetera. Or worse, giving freely and feeling drained because the exchange wasn't mutual. I didn't want to gate myself behind a sales process. I also didn't want to keep bleeding.

So, in 2017, I created 📝MythOS and started uploading my brain — not as a separate content project, but as a natural byproduct of the work itself. Every call, every question, every conversation became a source of harvestable 📝context. The content wasn't created in writing sessions; it emerged from doing. And once it existed, it worked without me.

When a new question came in, I created a 📝memo to be the answer to that question when it was asked again. This practice wasn't to shut out human connection, but rather ensuring that the version of myself I presented was one made consciously and not of haste or 📝scarcity. If it didn't answer it fully, I improved it — because it's a 📝Living Document. Over time, the questions that actually reached me became the ones worth answering: genuinely complex, genuinely valuable, from people who could already see enough to know they needed help with the rest.

In parallel, I began to encounter software and services that I admired and either personally used or could enthusiastically endorse. I found myself excitedly sharing about them often enough that I realized how much time I was spending doing so. I learned how to negotiate commissioned-sales partnerships and became somewhat of a 📝corporate matchmaker, playing traffic controller to, as of this writing, over 60 different partners.

The result is a system that produces content as a byproduct of conversation, generates revenue by directing people toward offers that are genuinely relevant to their problems, and filters the audience down to those who are truly worth my time (and their money). It saves me from repeating myself and makes space for me to spend more time learning. It earns appreciation from the people I help, and it funds the work without requiring me to sell.

All of that infrastructure is what makes it possible for me to do what I previously charged $1,000 an hour for, for free while generating 📝Order of Magnitude more revenue — 10x improvement without a 10x effort.
