Mythos
I'm diving into the subject of conflict avoidance and how to overcome it.

An early thought is that one reason we avoid conflict is not just a fear of what the other person will do if confronted, but what cumulative untethered rage it may unleash in us if they come back with an excuse, blaming or deflection. And that is due to the build up of unprocessed and therefore undealt with hurts and disappointments we have experienced with others throughout our lives. ~ 📝Mark Goulston
