Lele Xu is a growth professional at 📝Clay, where she has focused on scaling local user networks and developing event-driven community strategies. Since joining in June 2024, she has helped expand Clay’s footprint by organizing more than 80 in-person meetups across 19 countries, building an event-planning platform, and coordinating networks of local hosts, speakers, and volunteers. Previously, she co-founded Sillable, a startup in New Haven, where she onboarded local retailers and led product development and 📝Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns. Her earlier roles include a technical program management internship at 📝Google Cloud and software engineering positions at HelloFresh and 📝Yale University School of Medicine. She earned a bachelor’s degree in physics from Yale University, with research experience in quantum systems and community organizing initiatives.
