Here are the basic questions I usually ask. They are intentionally left open ended.
How can I help you? How did you find me? Have you been hypnotized before? Do you have any reservations about being hypnotized? Why are you reaching out now? What is your goal in working together? How will you know when you have achieved your goal? What do you do for work? What are you preferred days/ times for sessions? Do you have any questions for me?
