Rob Dunn is the William Neal Reynolds Distinguished Professor and Senior Vice Provost for University Interdisciplinary Programs in the Department of Applied Ecology at North Carolina State University. He earned a Ph.D. in Ecology and Evolution from the University of Connecticut in 2003. Dunn’s research focuses on the diversity of species in everyday environments, exploring organisms found in homes, neighborhoods, and urban spaces. His approach combines hands-on investigation with mentoring students and collaborating with other researchers.
