Objective

Robert Lennox is a business executive and #entrepreneur specializing in operations, strategy, and marketing. He currently serves as a Fractional COO at Lennox Strategies and has previously held CEO, COO, and CMO roles in various organizations. Lennox is recognized for his experience with company turnarounds, startup growth, and innovation pipeline development.

He is active as an angel #investor and advisor, with a portfolio focus on supporting women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ founders, notably through HBS Alumni Angels of Greater New York and Gaingels.

Lennox co-founded Aether Diamonds, the first company to create diamonds from air pollution, earning distinctions such as TIME's Best Inventions 2022 and Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies 2022. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is engaged in community volunteering and advisory capacities.
