๐ This is the pitch deck for One Platform.
It was co-created by Jim Goodman (CTO) and Brian Swichkow (CEO).
*The One Platform Deck is in presently in notation form, see also: One Studio // Deck
Overview
Hosting a gathering in the post CV19 world is a mess, disparate systems that don't talk to each other, and those systems "own" the customer
Small-medium gatherings and individuals can have difficulty using various systems to host, communicate and network with others.
Opportunity
Social platforms have enslaved the already fractured of the events landscape
We are helping event and community organizers re-invent the way people come together
Problem
Today's social/communication platforms are mired in misinformation, sensationalism, etc.
Emails not delivered, zoom bombed, etc.
Users of these platforms are cutting ties, deleting accounts, etc.
Community and event organizers are seeking a platform-less solution.
Solution
One's decentralized, networked structures give users control and agency
Aggregation of services and features creates headless platforms, unique to customer needs
Our handholding invites each customer into our community, enlarging the community, which in turn offers support and assistance to all members. Self-perpetuating... digital kibbutz, bot that suggests members that can assist, etc. (expand)
Traction
Mythos One is a Living System for communication and community
One+ provides AI-augmented conversation with human assistance
One Gathering creates and hosts immersive events and co-created gatherings
One Agency
One Studio incubated and tested all technologies
All are integrated with Mythos One and can be used as a standalone product
Customer/Market
Us/One's story
Yoga and Burner crowd
this is where we do the yoga speak... this is a niche market that is huge: clothing, food/drinks, investing platforms, etc. They are underserved, have going businesses that may not be tech savvy (hello Etsy!), and need the service to grow each of their own communities. This is where we shine, because itโs your world, and we can be that bridge from that to the โsuitsโ.

Competition
Mythos One // Notion, Confluence, etc.
Confluence - way too complex. I use Jira/Confluence as a dev/CTO and I (Jim) still canโt figure it out after years!
One+ // Manychat, etc.
One Gathering // Eventbrite, Meetup, etc. and event production companies
No one left for the โlittle guyโ, and MeetUp has had an exodus since being so unstable
