Mythos

Cloudflare is a global cloud services provider and 🏷️#domain-registrar headquartered in San Francisco, known for its content delivery network (CDN), cybersecurity, and web performance offerings. About 19% of all websites relied on Cloudflare for protection and optimization as of early 2025, and sitting in front of that much of the web is what lets the company measure Internet-wide behavior through 📝Cloudflare Radar. Its portfolio spans free baseline security tools through enterprise packages with compliance features, advanced threat intelligence, and service-level agreements, alongside a developer platform built on Workers. Since 2025 Cloudflare has reoriented around the agentic web: Content Signals added a machine-readable vocabulary to 📝robots.txt for declaring how AI systems may use crawled content, AI Crawl Control reached general availability in August 2025 letting site owners allow, block, or charge individual AI crawlers, and pay-per-crawl paired the HTTP 402 status code with Web Bot Auth to make direct crawler-to-publisher payment possible. Agents Week in April 2026 shipped more than twenty agent-infrastructure products alongside the 📝Cloudflare Agent Readiness score, and in August 2026 the company packaged the measurement side of the same thesis as the 📝Cloudflare AEO Suite. Second quarter 2026 revenue reached $696.1 million, up 36% year over year, against a GAAP net loss of $170.0 million that included a $150.7 million restructuring charge tied to a 20% workforce reduction as Cloudflare moved to what it describes as an agentic AI-first operating model. Recognitions include placement on the TIME100 Most Influential Companies list and strong rankings in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Security Service Edge.
