LLM Export Prompts are 📝Large Language Model (LLM) prompts designed to extract the most potent information stored in memory. These can be used to kickstart a relationship with other LLMs or to build files core files in something like an 📝OpenClaw workspace by populating the 📝USER.md (OpenClaw) file.
When I realized that I was not able to export my data from 📝ChatGPT because I had merged my personal account into a business account, I asked 📝BrianBot (Local) for prompts that would extract the most valuable information to support our 📝co-creativity moving forward. the most potent parts in the USER.md file, but then stored the rest of it in detail inside of a folder that they have access to via 📝Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Communication & Working Style:
Describe how I prefer to communicate and work. Include: my writing style, how direct I am, what annoys me in conversations, when I want details vs brevity, and any communication patterns you've noticed.
Goals & Aspirations:
What are my short-term and long-term goals across all areas of life? Include professional, creative, personal, financial, and relationship goals. What am I working toward?
Tools, Systems & Preferences:
What tools, apps, systems, and methods do I use or prefer? Include technical preferences, productivity systems, creative tools, and any strong opinions about how things should work.
