- Describe your mid-term 12-24 month goal.
- Describe your short term 3-6 month goal.
- How many people are on your team currently?
- How much are or will they being paid?
Understanding Your Forecast
The financial model produced during the forecast is something that will be developed over time. In many instances ballpark numbers will be used just to get the process started.
We will begin at the highest level with general assumptions and as the business develops we more specifically define KPI's to measure the operations that drive financial results.
At the end of the process, Jeff will walk you through the model as it currently stands and highlight areas that need specific consideration.
