Arianna Benitez is an 🏷️#attorney in Foley & Lardner LLP's Business Law Department in Los Angeles, where she focuses on corporate and finance matters including energy transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business negotiations. Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, she earned her Juris Doctor from the USC Gould School of Law in 2025, holds a bachelor's degree from Chapman University, and passed the July 2025 California Bar Exam.
Benitez first joined Foley & Lardner as a 1L summer associate in 2023, returned for a 2L summer in 2024, and came aboard full-time after law school. A background in journalism and entertainment media informs how she communicates and advocates, both in corporate transactions and in a growing pro bono practice. She is an active member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, mentors youth through NACOPRW-SoCal (the National Conference of Puerto Rican Women), and is fluent in English, Spanish, and French. Earlier legal experience includes an internship with the Los Angeles Superior Court and a copyright internship at Higbee & Associates.
