**Shannon Stiggins **is a restauranteur, #streamer, and creator. Stiggins had been an integral bar team member at Vero Uptown, Bounce, STK for the One Group, American Whiskey, and Paowalla. In 2015 she landed the Head Bartender position at Enrique Olivera’s (Pujol, Mexico City, 3 Michelin Stars) first New York Restaurant, Cosme. Outside of areas behind the bar, Shannon consulted for several clients, developing their Beverage Programs, including Dylan Lauren’s “Dylans Candy Bar,” Ian Schrager’s New York EDITION Hotel, V Palm Springs Hotel, and OREYA Hamptons (New York Times 3-Star), and Most recently the Corporate Mixologist of 50 eggs Hospitality Group - Opening the Rooftop of the Venetian Restaurant Pool Bar Spritz, Yard Bird Dallas and full Cocktail Curation and Re-Opening of Chica Miami. Currently, Stiggins can be found concentrating on Solely Online platforms and the growth of Virtual Experiences through Cocktail and Cannabis on platforms such as Twitch as BleachedBlond.
